Scope of this policy

This policy explains how HIRESOFT SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED handles information when you visit our website, evaluate our platform, or use our APIs as a customer or as an end user of one of our customers.

Where we process data on behalf of a business customer, that customer decides why the data is processed and we act on their documented instructions.

Information we collect

• Account information such as your name, work email, organisation and role.
• Identity and verification data submitted through our verification products, including document images and the result of each check.
• Transaction metadata such as amounts, rails, timestamps, reference numbers and settlement status.
• Technical data including IP address, device and browser characteristics, and API request logs.
• Communications you send us, such as support requests and sales enquiries.

How we use information

• To provide, operate and support the products you have subscribed to.
• To authenticate requests, prevent fraud and monitor for suspicious money movement.
• To meet legal, regulatory, audit and reporting obligations that apply to payment infrastructure.
• To improve reliability and performance using aggregated, non-identifying analysis.
• To respond to you and, where permitted, share relevant product updates.

Legal grounds and consent

We process personal data where it is necessary to perform our contract with you, to comply with a legal obligation, to pursue a legitimate interest such as securing the platform, or on the basis of your consent.

Where consent is the basis, you may withdraw it at any time. Withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out, and some services cannot be provided without the relevant data.

Sharing and disclosure

• With partner banks, card networks and payment operators as required to execute a transaction you initiated.
• With verification sources and authorised data providers to complete a check you requested.
• With sub-processors who host, monitor or support the platform under written confidentiality and security terms.
• With regulators, law enforcement or courts where a valid legal requirement applies.
• We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it for unrelated advertising.

Storage, retention and localisation

Payment and verification data is stored and processed on infrastructure located in India. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest.

We retain records for as long as the applicable regulation requires, and then delete or irreversibly anonymise them on a documented schedule. Backup copies age out on the same cycle.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law and to any regulatory retention duty, you may ask us to confirm what personal data we hold about you, correct inaccurate data, delete data we no longer need, or restrict certain processing.

If you are an end user of one of our business customers, please raise your request with that business first. We will support them in responding.

Cookies and site analytics

Our website uses strictly necessary cookies to keep the site working, and privacy-preserving analytics to understand which pages are useful. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.

Changes and contact

We will post any material change to this policy on this page and update the date shown alongside it. Continued use of the platform after a change takes effect indicates acceptance.
